The terms governing participation in the GovAI Lens 90-day Early Access program.

Welcome to the GovAI Lens Early Access Program.
These Early Access Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the GovAI Lens Early Access Program (“Early Access”) and apply to organizations approved to evaluate the GovAI Lens platform.
By submitting an Early Access application and accessing the platform, your organization agrees to these Terms.
GovAI Lens is an AI-powered Governance Intelligence platform designed to help organizations improve project governance, portfolio visibility and executive decision-making through AI-assisted analysis of project information.
The Early Access Program allows selected organizations to evaluate the platform before its full commercial release.
Early Access is intended exclusively for:
Applicants must use a valid business email address.
GovAI Lens reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Early Access Program.
Approved organizations receive access for 90 calendar days beginning on the date the organization workspace is activated.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Early Access automatically expires at the end of the evaluation period.
GovAI Lens may extend the evaluation period at its discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed, each approved Early Access organization receives:
Feature availability may change during the evaluation period as the platform evolves.
Participation in the Early Access Program is provided free of charge.
No payment information is required.
Participation does not create any obligation to purchase a paid subscription after the evaluation period.
Likewise, GovAI Lens is under no obligation to offer a commercial subscription following Early Access.
The Early Access Program is intended solely for evaluation purposes.
Participants acknowledge that:
GovAI Lens may update, improve, replace or discontinue any Early Access feature without prior notice.
Organizations are responsible for:
Users should not upload information that they are not authorized to process.
GovAI Lens provides AI-assisted analysis intended to support project governance and decision-making.
AI-generated:
should be treated as decision-support information only.
Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
GovAI Lens does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are complete, accurate or error-free.
GovAI Lens processes customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, data processing will also be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
GovAI Lens is designed with GDPR principles in mind and follows appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
Early Access is provided on an “as available” basis.
GovAI Lens does not provide any guaranteed service level, uptime commitment or response time during the evaluation period.
Maintenance, updates and temporary interruptions may occur.
Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared during the Early Access Program as confidential.
Participants should not publicly disclose:
without prior written permission from GovAI Lens.
This restriction does not apply to information that is already publicly available.
Participants may voluntarily provide:
GovAI Lens may use such feedback to improve the platform without obligation to provide compensation.
GovAI Lens, including its software, AI models, documentation, branding and related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of GovAI Lens.
Participation in Early Access does not transfer any ownership rights.
GovAI Lens may suspend or terminate Early Access immediately if:
At the end of the Early Access period:
Organizations may choose to upgrade to a commercial subscription to continue using GovAI Lens.
GovAI Lens may retain customer information for a limited period following the end of Early Access in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Organizations may request deletion of their evaluation data by contacting GovAI Lens.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GovAI Lens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in the Early Access Program.
Because Early Access is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes, liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of GovAI Lens, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
GovAI Lens may update these Early Access Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the GovAI Lens website or by email.
Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
